4. What devices, software and their configurations often cause problems?
5. Whether it is wise to include newest devices, browsers or operation systems into automated testing and manual testing of the mobile software product.

A software testing company claims that determining the mentioned issues allows to determine and to prepare necessary platforms for testing activities and enhances efficiency of the testing process.
