Testing tours are among widely used approaches to web site testing, desktop testing and mobile application testing. There are many types of them. One of the efficient approaches to mobile testing is gesture tour. A tester can discover many unexpected gesture related errors in the tested software product utilizing the method.
Common Software Bugs That Can Be Omitted Without Gesture Tour:
- some functions or objects may not respond to any gestures;
- certain gestures may activate some functions on one screen of the system, but the same gestures may call quite different functions on the other screen of the same system;
- certain gestures may not be supported by the software;
