It is known that before entering upon any activity is wise to elaborate strategy, that is to think how to organize the work. Such approach enhances efficiency of any tasks, including mobile testing, desktop testing and web site testing.

So, one should elaborate test strategy before starting testing. It may seem that working on strategy is just wasting of time and it is better to test than to think how to do it. But a software testing company notices that strategy streamlines and makes more fruitful any mobile application testing, desktop testing and web site testing.

The main task of a test strategy is to set goals and to define testing activities. Test strategy doesn’t have to be always detailed and formal. For some projects it is enough just to think and decide what the testing process should be like.
