Main Features of an Agile Leader

Theoretically, agile teams do not need an assigned leader. But without any senior manager it is more complicated to develop the product of a high quality with fulfilled customers’ requirements. Leadership promotes productivity and efficiency.

In software testing company, every team has an agile leader who coordinates the work of team members. This person should possess some specific features to provide concerted effort of the team during mobile testing[1], website testing, automated testing, desktop application testing, etc.
