Based on statistics, a job of software tester becomes more and more popular every year. Every software testing company wants to be the first who will gain the most qualified and perspective employees in its staff.
Thus, the future of everyone, interested in starting their career in the IT sphere, basically depends on the level of the theoretical knowledge and personal desire to become a part of QA process.
Any newcomer needs to understand that before proceeding whether to user interface testing[1], functional testing[2], security testing[3] or exploratory testing, he should read many books, visit certain forums and websites, and speak with the experienced people.
A future tester should possess investigation talent, creative thinking and like to get down to brass tacks. There are several recommendations that will help “green” testers to prepare for their career.

- Be an idealist and stress-resistant in order to deliver a client a perfect product.

- Try to work in a multitasking module and improve communicative skills.
- Learn the functional peculiarities of a system in order to become a real specialist.
Therefore, the future tester should continuously improve his theoretical and practical skills during software testing. Only in this case, QA process will be successful and effective.
