There are many such tools: some of them are free of charge, while others are rather expensive. But it is everybody’s business which exactly kind of tools to choose. There are many factors that define the final decision. The crucial part of the case is a team itself. As a test team, having performed not one manual testing, regression checking or game testing together, certainly, they continuously gain new skills and experience. Thus, PM and administrative part of the company should easily and smartly switch between the management tools.

  4. Hosting models – there are two main models: SaaS (Software as a Service), available online and that which runs en-promises.
  5. Productivity – a tool should be useful during the whole cycle of the project.
