Any software testing company always tries to acquire easy-to-use and at the same time appropriate test management tools which perfectly meet the wants and needs of each QA team[1] member.

There are many such tools: some of them are free of charge, while others are rather expensive. But it is everybody’s business which exactly kind of tools to choose. There are many factors that define the final decision. The crucial part of the case is a team itself. As a test team, having performed not one manual testing[2], regression checking or game testing[3] together, certainly, they continuously gain new skills and experience. Thus, PM and administrative part of the company should easily and smartly switch between the management tools.

Undoubtedly, people incredulously behave towards transformations inside the organization. So it is of great importance to choose the right tool and be able to smoothly implement it into the team.

3. Personalization – means that the testers are able to see the information about the future software product testing[4] on the platform.
4. Hosting models – there are two main models: SaaS (Software as a Service), available online and that which runs en-promises.
5. Productivity – a tool should be useful during the whole cycle of the project.
