SBC Summit 2025: Automation in iGaming and Betting Niches

by Tetyana Lykhitska | October 2, 2025 11:22 am

It was a real pleasure to be part of SBC Summit 2025. The event was packed with interactive activities (read below to find out if we are as good at raffles as at building testing strategies 😉), insightful networking, and conversations about the future of the iGaming and betting. For QATestLab, it was a valuable chance to see that the market is gaining momentum, and automation is the key factor enabling this growth. Our delegation brought back insights we’re ready to share. Keep reading to discover them.

Inside Our SBC Summit Experience

The event united gaming and betting companies of all sizes. Under one roof, we met both small service providers and established B2B leaders. It was a chance to see a full picture of the industry, with the wide range of unique solutions and approaches companies offer today. We were impressed by the variety of automation tools, platform integrations, payment services, marketing solutions, and player engagement features. It felt like every company was telling its own story.

What made the Summit especially memorable was the amount of entertainment. Many stands offered interactive activities, live games, raffles, roulette, wheels of fortune, and prize draws. This created a lively atmosphere and gave participants plenty of ways to engage beyond formal talks.

At the Summit, there was a lot of networking that went beyond formal meetings. We had the chance to sit down with teams, hear the stories behind their products, and learn about the challenges they are addressing today. These conversations gave us a clearer understanding of the industry’s real needs and how our solutions can help meet them.

Automation: Central Topic of Discussion

A primary trend emerged during the event: automation is becoming the backbone of iGaming and betting. Conversations frequently circled around the importance of teams achieving higher speed, broader coverage, and faster delivery cycles. The reason for this is that iGaming and betting niches are on the rise: companies are offering increasingly complex solutions and trying new strategies to meet market expectations. Automation helps them achieve this by providing the tools to work faster, more consistently, and at scale.

These discussions led us to one clear conclusion: speed is becoming one of the industry’s main advantages, and companies that adopt automation early will be best positioned to grow and remain competitive in the market.

This focus on automation resonates with us, as automated testing[3] is a key part of our QA processes. During networking, we shared our insights on this approach with other teams. Our delegation explained how automated testing speeds up development by taking over repetitive and time-consuming tasks that would otherwise require significant manual work. This allows teams to allocate their resources more efficiently, helping them not only release faster but also significantly reduce the cost of testing processes.

Our Conclusion on SBC Summit

For us, SBC Summit was first and foremost about conversations. Meeting new people, talking face to face, exchanging experiences, laughing together, and enjoying everything the event had to offer. We even tried our luck at the side activities, and our Nataliia even won a basketball (once again proving she knows how to set goals and hit them right on target 😉)

We came back inspired and proud that our knowledge and iGaming testing[4] solutions fit right into what the industry needs today. Supporting teams on their journeys is our main goal, and we are glad to have this opportunity.

We’d love to continue the conversation, so if you have any questions or topics to discuss, contact us[5] at any time. We’ll be glad to chat with you!

Our Next Step Ahead

Our event journey doesn’t stop here, and we’re already getting ready for the next destinations. We’ve got plenty more QA expertise to share, and we’re looking forward to more great conversations ahead.

So, if you couldn’t meet us at the SBC Summit, you’ll have another opportunity at SiGMA. We’ll be glad to connect and talk about how game testing[6] can help your product become stronger, faster, and more reliable. To make sure you don’t miss updates about this and other events we’ll be attending, follow us on LinkedIn[7].

See you at our next stop — Rome!
