5 Reasons to Become a Tester

Software testing is a very complex and sometimes even tiresome process which requires a tester to be stress-resistant and ready to work in certain conditions, deadlines, and ever-evolving technology growth.

Sometimes it seems that the only destination of a tester is to notice errors in code, in other words, to “clean up” the developers. However, that is not right. Manual testing[1], provided by the QA specialist, is a very responsible procedure – a required stage between the development and release date.

Functional testing, performance control, security[2], cross-browser, compatibility[3], alpha and beta testing, load checking – a small list of the obligatory tests which should be executed by an expert in order to ensure the product quality and, hence, meet the wants and needs of the users.

A Person Should Select a Tester’s Job if:

If all above-mentioned statements are workable, then testing is a great area to fulfil one’s potential and find the job after one’s own heart.
